I love that Bounce lists what’s going on around me. I feel more connected with my community. The customer service is also top notch.
ORGANIZERS: DO NOT USE
Absolutely terrible customer support. AI bots, and reps that will ignore your messages for weeks! I am still waiting on out payout, and they have no responded to either of my two emails within the last weeks asking for an update on payment status. Just use Eventbrite, literally got my payout in a week no issue.
Bounce is garbage
Bounce is a garbage app and whatever bozo made the backend should not be hired for swe or dev roles. My payments just straight up do not go through on bounce app and bounce app only
